Earlier this year I was invited to go and see what treats Tesco have in store this Christmas and I was delighted to see that those of us who spend most of our time outdoors haven’t been left off the Tesco Christmas list this year. For the green fingered, or those who just enjoy spending time in the garden, Tesco have a wide selection gorgeous gardening gifts including gardening gloves, kneelers, planters and tools in pretty tweeds, florals and prints.
I have my eye on the Head Gardener mug (hint, hint) but anything in the range would bring some festive cheer to any potting shed.
Then, when it is finally time to come indoors and warm up beside a roaring fire Tesco have plenty of gifts and delicious Christmas treats including very cute cheesecakes in the shape of Christmas trees. Their red and white Christmas themed tableware also caught my eye with their stylish heart, reindeer and Christmas tree patterns.
If that wasn’t enough I got some great ideas for Christmas decorations, which could easily be replicated at home. Tesco had created beautiful Christmas houses, made out of biscuits (a twist on the idea of the gingerbread house) and I think we might have a go at trying that this year. There were also garlands of gingerbread men which could easily be made at home, like traditional paper dolls.
If Tesco isn’t usually in the front of your mind when you start to think about your Christmas shopping then do pop in to see the fantastic ranges on offer in gifts, food and decorations and I hope that you will be as pleasantly surprised as I was.
